UK Presents Jet Zero Strategy, Aiming to Achieve Zero Emissions for Domestic Aviation by 2040

The UK government on Tuesday presented its Jet Zero strategy, targeting net zero emissions for domestic aviation and zero emissions for all airports in England by 2040.

The strategy, which was launched at Farnborough International Airshow and builds on the UK’s Net Zero plan, includes a mandate that will require at least 10% of jet fuel to be sustainable aviation fuel by 2030.
